The Granby Public Library will host a Qi Gong session Wednesday as its latest summer adult program.

Participants will learn a five-minute daily routine to stay healthy and energetic, to strengthen the immune system and prevent illness, according to the Granby Public Library website.

The session will also include simple acupressure techniques for sleeping. Participants should wear loose clothing and be prepared to move around through the exercise.
