Lifestar Called to Help Man at Granby State Park: UPDATED
The man reportedly fell near a waterfall in the state park.

GRANBY, CT — The Lifestar helicopter was dispatched to Enders State Forest in Granby Thursday afternoon following a report of a man falling, police said.
At 2:58 p.m., Granby police, fire, and EMS units responded to the forest for an injured party. The male victim, approximately 22 years of age, reportedly fell from the waterfall area, Capt. William Tyler said.
The man was transported by Lifestar to St. Francis Hospital with serious injuries, Tyler said.

Officers from the law enforcement division of DEEP responded and are investigating, the captain added.
