All of the evolutions were performed while donning SCBA’s to prepare the cadets for real life experiences if and when they progress with the fire service.
The day concluded with pizza, soda, and a wrap up of the day’s events.
The Advisors of the LAFD Cadet program would like to thank Tom Post from the Avon Fire Department, Jason Gilbert from the Simsbury Fire Department, and the Simsbury Fire Department for putting this training exercise together. We look forward to doing it again next year!
