Marijuana, Breach of Peace, And Interfering with an Officer

Carlos Lopez, 22, of 254 Oak Street in Springfield, Mass., was arrested on April 28 by Granby Police after an accident on Floydville Road and charged with evading responsibility while operating a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and failure to grant right-of-way on a private road.

Cheryl Disabella, 46, of 9 Farmview Circle in Granby, was arrested by Granby Police on April 30 and charged with breach of peace.

A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested on May 3 by Granby Police on Mechanicsville Road and charged with possession of marijuana, and possession of an illegal drug near a school.

Neil Drzewiecki, 43, of 29 Pond Lane in East Granby was arrested on May 4 after Granby Police responded to a motor vehicle accident and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility of physical injury or property damage, traveling unreasonably fast for road conditions, and interfering with an officer.
