Noise Complaints, Marijuana, Alcohol, and Minors

Adam R Czarniecki, 19, of 166 Notch Road in Granby, was arrested on May 12 by Granby police and charged with possession of less than 4 oz. of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of alcohol by a minor.  Granby police arrested Czarniecki after responding to a noise complaint.

James B. Smith, 20, of 9 Strawberry Fields Road in Granby, on May 12 by Granby police and charged with failure to plead to infraction.
