Reporting Potholes In Granby and East Granby: How To Do It For State Roads

... Or potholes.

The state Department of Transportation has made available an easy online form to report them — both large and small — on state roads.

Click here to access the DOT form. State officials said to remember include the location, such as the state route number, the exit number or the cross road.

Two examples are:

• Interstate-84 Eastbound, left lane, between exits 67 and 68
• Route 44, Avon, westbound, a quarter-mile west of the Route 10 intersection

Potholes on local roads must be reported to authorities in the respective towns, DOT officials said.
