Residents of Granby and East Granby Have Plenty of Options for Discarding Old Medication

A list of where Connecticut residents can safely drop off drugs that have expired or are no longer needed is now available.

The state Department of Consumer Protection has made available a list of where Connecticut residents can safely drop off medication that has expired or is no longer needed.

Drop boxes like the ones pictured at the state police Troop C barracks (red) and the Vernon Police Department (green) are scattered all over the Farmington Valley and north central and eastern Connecticut. They are located in local police department lobbies, at state police barracks and at the offices of resident state troopers.

Check out the list here.
