A Town Meeting was held by East Granby on January 28, 2015 to consider and act upon a capital request by the Board of Education of $142,426 for school security items. The Town Meeting unanimously approved the proposal. The $142,426 and a previously approved $78,285 represents the Town portion of a project totaling $405,000 with the remaining funds provided by a grant from the State of Connecticut.
