The opening of school has been delayed 90 minutes in Granby and East Granby on Tuesday.  The snow that fell overnight doesn't compare with recent heavy snowfalls, but the slushy mixture coated roads. The National Weather Service predicts less than 2 inches of accumulation by the time the snow ends Tuesday morning. The day will grow colder and more windy and low temperatures in the single digits are expected overnight.
