Ms. Lai works directly with home buyers and homeowners in the Connecticut and Massachusetts markets to obtain the financing they need to achieve their goals. Most recently she was a research analyst with the Connecticut Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and prior to that she was a research associate with the Connecticut Business and Industry Association, and a data service specialist with the National Council on Crime and Delinquency. Previous to this, she worked for IBM in Singapore. Ms. Lai has a Master’s of Arts in Economics and a Master’s of Public Administration with a concentration in public finance from the University of Connecticut.
