GRANBY-EAST GRANBY, CT — Thursday's winter storm dumped nearly a foot of snow on north-central Connecticut, prompting East Granby school officials to cancel classes and activities for Friday, Jan. 5. All East Granby public schools will be closed Friday, and after-school activities have been canceled.
