Spring Practice Underway: Granby, East Granby Team Title Histories
The state title histories for Granby and East Granby high school spring teams, plus their 2023 varsity schedules.
GRANBY-EAST GRANBY, CT — The winter sports season is now behind us, the first day of spring has officially arrived and practices are now underway for all seven CIAC-sanctioned spring sports in Connecticut. With the coming of the new season comes the hope for success, with the ultimate goal being winning a state championship.
Granby Memorial High School's seven spring team state titles date back to 1979, while East Granby is still in search of its first spring team championship.
Here are the state championships won by Granby teams in springs past, as well as a link to this season's varsity schedules for the Bears and Crusaders.
