2.   Transfer money around between bank accounts

3.   Close bank accounts

4.   Go on a spending spree using your credit cards (new or old!)

5.   Pay any of your bills late

6.   Fail to disclose payments of Child Support, Alimony and past Bankruptcy’s & Foreclosures

7.   Deposit cash (lenders need a paper trail!)

8.   Change jobs

9.   Schedule a moving truck (ok to do when your Attorney has the closing documents!)
