Weather Alters Granby, East Granby School Schedules
Snow is expected to begin falling shortly after noon Tuesday.
GRANBY-EAST GRANBY, CT — Due to an impending afternoon snowfall, Granby and East Granby Public Schools will follow the early dismissal schedule on Tuesday, Jan. 31.
Generally, when schools dismiss early, after-school activities are canceled.
The National Weather Service forecast calls for snow to begin falling around 1 p.m., with accumulation of up to 4 inches possible.
