14 Greenwich Residents Finish 2022 Boston Marathon

Fourteen residents from around Greenwich finished the Boston Marathon earlier this week. It was the 126th running of the race.

GREENWICH, CT — Fourteen runners from around Greenwich competed in the 2022 Boston Marathon on Monday. Nearly 25,000 runners finished the marathon, including more than 350 from Connecticut.

Everett Hackett, 32, of Hartford was the top Connecticut runner at 50th place with an official time of 2:24:56. Laura Pierce, 40, of Woodbridge placed 127th among women and 2,251st overall with a time of 2:55:41.
