14 Greenwich Residents Finish 2022 Boston Marathon

GREENWICH, CT — Fourteen runners from around Greenwich competed in the 2022 Boston Marathon on Monday. Nearly 25,000 runners finished the marathon, including more than 350 from Connecticut.

Everett Hackett, 32, of Hartford was the top Connecticut runner at 50th place with an official time of 2:24:56. Laura Pierce, 40, of Woodbridge placed 127th among women and 2,251st overall with a time of 2:55:41.

• Erica Keany Blob, 41, finished with an official time of 3:40:33.
• Chelsea Ellis, 33, finished with an official time of 3:34:54.
• Derek Kaufman, 47, finished with an official time of 2:59:29.
• Louise Palmer, 58, finished with an official time of 4:34:25.
• Carlos Pla, 48, finished with an official time of 3:08:35.
• Adrian Stroie, 54, finished with an official time of 3:21:22.
• Lauren Tanenbaum, 34, finished with an official time of 3:17:50.
• Brendan Terry, 27, finished with an official time of 3:02:44.

• Joseph Bednar, 20, finished with an official time of 3:37:12.
• Renata Britto-Pereira, 49, finished with an official time of 3:39:24.

• Sofia Barbosa, 23, finished with an official time of 3:04:17.
