2024 Greenwich Town Party Traffic, Parking, Shuttle Information
Are you going to the Greenwich Town Party this weekend? Here's what to know about traffic, parking and shuttle service for the event.

GREENWICH, CT —With Memorial Day Weekend here, that means it's time for the annual Greenwich Town Party.
The popular event is scheduled for Saturday, May 25, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park, and is expected to draw several thousand people throughout the day.

Greenwich police said residents should expect heavier-than-normal traffic conditions around Exit 3-Arch Street, and the surrounding area of lower Greenwich Avenue. The busiest times are projected to be between 4 p.m.an 6 p.m., and 10 p.m. when the event ends.

"Multiple Greenwich Police, Station."
Parking
Police noted there are 3,500 free parking spaces within a half-mile of Roger Sherman Baldwin Park.
Available parking lots include:
- Horseneck Parking Lot: Across from the Boys & Girls Club on Horseneck Lane
- 20 Horseneck Lane: Near the Boys & Girls Club
- Greenwich Plaza Parking Garage (all levels): Next to the Greenwich Train Station
- Greenwich Town Hall: 101 Field Point Road
- Sound View Public Parking Lot: Corner of Sound View Drive and Arch Street
- 200 Railroad Avenue: Along Railroad Avenue near Cadillac of Greenwich
The Transportation Association of Greenwich (TAG) will provide shuttle service to Greenwich Town Party ticketholders.
Shuttle service will be provided at the following lots:
- Horseneck Parking Lot
- 2 Soundview Drive
- Greenwich Town Hall
- 600 Steamboat Road - Neighbor Parking only
- 646/660 Steamboat Road - Neighbor Parking only
Neighbor Parking
- 600 Steamboat Road - parking garage: No SUVs - closes promptly at 11 p.m.
- 646 & 660 Steamboat Road
- 2 Sound View parking garage (Entrance across from Greenwich Cadillac on Railroad Avenue) closes promptly at 11 p.m.
- 20 Horseneck Lane
Neighbor Parking Passes should be displayed on your rearview mirror, police said.
Additionally, no parking is allowed on Shore Road, as it is a residential area. Parking here can result in having your vehicle towed.
Grass Island will be open to the general public during the Greenwich Town Party. There are a finite number of parking spaces there, police said.
Once those parking spaces are filled and/or if Grass Island reaches maximum capacity during the event, police reserve the right to close down the park, preventing further entry.
ADA & Accessibility
Handicap parking spaces are available in all designated lots with parking spaces for GTP ticketholders, police said.
All parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, police said. Parking services will direct people to available spots between Davenport Avenue and Museum Drive and Museum Drive and Railroad Avenue on a first-come, first-served basis.
Evening Pick-Up
Arch Street will be closed to all vehicles on the evening of the event. Street-closing time is subject to change, so drivers are being asked to plan accordingly for any evening and/or post-event pick-ups.
The Horseneck Parking Lot is recommended for meeting your ride or arranging pick-up.
Ride-sharing services should be directed to the Horseneck Parking Lot, Horseneck Lane, Greenwich, CT, 06831.
