4 Cars Stolen In Greenwich: Police

GREENWICH, CT — Four vehicles were reported stolen in Greenwich last week, according to police.

Lt. Mark Zuccerella said a Mazda was reported stolen from Shady Brook Lane on Thursday and had not been recovered as of Monday. (To sign up for Greenwich breaking news alerts and more, click here.)

The following day, a Toyota was reported stolen from Ford Lane. According to Zuccerella, the theft was observed by patrol officers and the vehicle was later recovered by state police. No arrests were made, Zuccerella said.

That same day, a BMW was reported stolen from Old Mill Road but was later recovered in New Jersey, Zuccerella said. On Sunday, a Mercedes-Benz was reported stolen from Copper Beech Road but was later recovered in Waterbury.

All four vehicles were unlocked with keys inside when they were stolen, according to Zuccerella.
