4 Vehicles Stolen In Greenwich: Police
Greenwich police said vehicle thefts continue to be an issue in town as the year comes to a close.

GREENWICH, CT — Four vehicles were reported stolen in Greenwich over the past few days, according to Greenwich police.
Lt. John Slusarz said Tuesday vehicle thefts continue to be an issue in town, and most vehicles that are stolen in Greenwich have been left unlocked with the keys inside. (To sign up for Greenwich breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
"Criminals then roam neighborhoods overnight checking for these unlocked cars," Slusarz said in an email. "Please protect yourselves by locking your cars and taking the keys with you when you park it."

According to Slusarz, a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E450 was reported stolen from Indian Drive sometime overnight between Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
On Friday, a 2019 Ford F-150 was reported stolen overnight from Sheephill Road, Slusarz said. A 2020 Land Rover Defender was also reported stolen from Park Avenue on Sunday, Slusarz said.

A 2017 GMC Arcadia was reported stolen from Linwood Avenue sometime overnight between Monday and Tuesday, Slusarz said.
