6 Student-Athletes Honored At Greenwich High School Signing Day Event

GREENWICH, CT — Six Greenwich High School student-athletes officially signed National Letters of Intent on Tuesday morning, marking the next step in their athletic careers.

The spring signing day event was held inside the GHS media center to honor the student-athletes, who will play sports at their respective universities next school year.

GHS also held a signing day event last November, and this past February.

The six student-athletes honored on Tuesday are:

• Emma Gustafsson, water polo, University of Michigan
• Jake Kiernan, football, University of Connecticut
• Jack Konigsberg, football, University of Michigan
• Jack Roach, crew, Stetson University
• Laura Smego, rugby, West Chester University
• CJ Weigel, water polo, Princeton University
