A Most Expensive Estate in Greenwich

The highlight of the real estate transfers recorded last week included the sale of the waterfront estate of the late Norman and Suzanne Hascoe, overlooking Indian Harbor. The four-plus acre property was sold in two parcels for a total of $39.5 million, making it one of the largest transactions in several years.
