GREENWICH, CT — The American Red Cross Metro NY North Chapter announced recently that Katie Fortunato has been named as a new board member.

The Metro NY North Chapter serves Westchester and Rockland counties, the US Military Academy at West Point, and Greenwich.

A passionate philanthropist and seasoned entrepreneur, Fortunato, a Greenwich resident, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role, aligning perfectly with the organization's mission to provide relief to those in need and support communities in times of crisis.

She is the managing director of RecruitmentMarketing.com, a cutting-edge start-up renowned for its innovative recruitment marketing solutions. There she oversees the company's marketing and sales efforts, successfully connecting businesses with top talent and leading the future of the talent acquisition community.

Prior to her venture in the start-up world, Fortunato graduated from Boston University in 2010 and began her career in the media and entertainment industry, where she excelled in managing strategic partnerships to drive revenue and develop brand experiences for Fortune 500 companies.
