GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich home originally built in 1804 and rebuilt in 2015 has been listed for sale at $6.9 million.

Located at 306 Round Hill Road on 2.53 gated acres behind a motor court, the property features a pool, pool house, sundeck, fire pits, stream, treehouse, and a custom jungle gym built from wooden telephone poles that can double as an impressive art piece, according to real estate company Douglas Elliman.

The property is being listed by Megan Sullivan.

Inside the main home, oversized windows allow natural light to pour in across an open floor plan anchored by a sleek kitchen, the listing says.

En suite bedrooms, dual family rooms, a media room, private offices, and a composed primary suite provide flexibility, according to the listing.
