GREENWICH, CT — Albert B. Ashforth Inc. – Management Services, a division of The Ashforth Company, has been selected by The Halsam Company to provide property management services for Putnam Plaza, a retail property at 68-90 E. Putnam Ave. in Greenwich.

Putnam Plaza is a 28,300-square-foot retail property on Route 1 in downtown Greenwich. The property is anchored by Whole Foods Market and is located near the Greenwich train station and Interstate 95. Other tenants include Asiana Café, Salon Mimoza, Starbucks and Choice Pet.
The Ashforth Company owns several properties in Greenwich, notably Greenwich Crossing/Greenwich Plaza, as well as in Stamford and New York, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C.

Jackie Monge, property manager for Ashforth, will oversee operations at the property with support from Laura Supliski, property operations administrator.
