Elegant Home Fetching $4.9 Million In Greenwich (patch.com) β A newly listed central Greenwich home at 59 Hillside Drive is on the market for $4.9 million, offering five bedrooms, seven baths and over 6,000 square feet of living space. Built in 2012, it features a lower-level entertainment area with bar, wine cellar and gym, and sits close to top Greenwich schools, downtown shops, restaurants and the train station.

2. Greenwich Is Not Using Flock Cameras, Camillo Says (patch.com) β Greenwich First Selectman Fred Camillo is reassuring residents that Flock automated license plate reader cameras are not installed on the town's public roads, though at least one neighborhood has chosen to use one privately. He explains the distinction between controversial Flock cameras and Greenwich's speed cameras in school zones, which are part of a pedestrian safety plan under state review before reactivation.

3. 6-Story Residential Development With Affordable Housing Proposed In Greenwich: P&Z Docs (patch.com) β Greenwich residents may soon see a six-story, 176-unit apartment building replace four existing multifamily buildings on Western Junior Highway, with parking for about 200 cars. The proposal, now in pre-application review before the Planning & Zoning Commission, includes affordable units under Connecticut's 8-30g statute and would require a special permit due to its height and density.

U.S. News reveals Connecticut's 10 best high schools for 2026-27 (greenwichtime.com) β Greenwich families can celebrate that Greenwich High School is ranked No. 2 in Connecticut and 194th nationally in U.S. News' new 2026β27 high school rankings. The report also lists nine other top-performing schools statewide, underscoring Connecticut's strong overall showing among nearly 18,000 public high schools across the country.
