Glenville Volunteer Fire Company To Mark 25 Years Since 9/11 With Remembrance Ceremony

GREENWICH, CT — The Glenville Volunteer Fire Company will mark 25 years since the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks with a remembrance ceremony.

Scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 11, the ceremony will take place at the World Trade Center steel monument at the Glenville Firehouse, located at 266 Glenville Road.

All fire department members are requested to form up at 6 p.m. in Class A uniform.

Greenwich is also expected to hold its annual remembrance ceremony at the 9/11 memorial in Cos Cob Park.
