Another Backcountry House Proposed for Demolition (greenwichfreepress.com) โ A 1910 home at 577 Round Hill Road in Greenwich is proposed for demolition, with a 45-day waiting period running through Sept. 15, 2026, and the permit eligible on Sept. 16. Because the house predates 1940, any written objection to DPW's Building Division will extend the delay to 90 days.
