Calling all female students who are ready to lead, collaborate, and turn their ideas into positive change

This post was contributed by a community member.

The Junior League of Greenwich (JLG) is seeking motivated high school girls who are passionate about leadership, service, and making a meaningful difference in the Greenwich community to join the JLG Teen Board.

The JLG Teen Board provides an opportunity for emerging leaders to work alongside like-minded peers, develop valuable leadership and project-management skills, and gain hands-on experience creating and implementing philanthropic initiatives that address the needs of the local community. Teen Board members will contribute their ideas, collaborate on projects, and play an active role in turning those ideas into meaningful action.

Successful applicants should demonstrate a commitment to community service, a willingness to collaborate, and an enthusiasm for developing innovative ways to support those in need.

"Last year's JLG Teen Board organized a hygiene and toiletry drive benefiting girls and women in need, and the response exceeded our expectations with donations flooding our headquarters for weeks," said Sara Burns Davis, President of the JLG. "We truly can't wait to see what tangible difference our incoming teen board makes in our community."
