
An evening of networking, signature specialties from top restaurants and caterers and fine wines and beverages will highlight the 2012 Business & Culinary Showcase on Thursday, May 31 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the , 1800 East Putnam Avenue in Old Greenwich.
With 75 exhibitors, the event will feature the newest products and services, plus dance demos, unique shopping opportunities and door prizes throughout the night. Admission is $10 per person and includes complimentary food, drinks and parking.
Attractions include dancing by Grande Ballroom of Greenwich, water sampling and testing by Enviro Water, the healthy bottleless water cooler supplier, and innovative exhibits, such as Zen Bronze, the new healthy organic spray tanning service, , which will feature its part electric and part hybrid Prius Plugin, and , the customized safari specialists, who will offer samples of amarula, a liqueur made from the fruit of the African marula tree. Attendees will also learn about energy savings programs and incentives and how to save on utilities from the Connecticut Energy Efficient Fund. Many more exhibits will be on tap in various categories, including finance, jewelry, beauty, health, fashions by Doncaster, furniture, spa and more.

Attendees can sample culinary delicacies such as salmon and dill rillettes on toast fromrestaurant, sheep’s milk ricotta crostinis with truffle honey from Arrosto Restaurant, frozen treats from , pizza from , Chinese specialties from , and Mexican favorites from . ShopRite Grade A Supermarkets and will provide a variety of their favorite catering offerings. Val’s Putnam Wines & Liquors will offer organic wines from across the globe as well as low calorie margaritas and Horseneck Wines and Liquors will provide its seasonal favorites.
