Application For New Dialysis Center In Greenwich Submitted To P&Z
The center would be located at 469 W. Putnam Ave. in Greenwich.

GREENWICH, CT — An application for a new dialysis center at 469 W. Putnam Ave. in Greenwich was submitted to the Planning & Zoning Commission earlier this month.
Cortese Real Estate, which owns the property, is proposing to install the dialysis center on the first floor of the existing building, according to Thomas Heagney, attorney for the applicant. No changes are being proposed to the exterior.
Fresenius Kidney Care - Greenwich Dialysis is listed in the application materials.

"The first floor is currently occupied by a job in establishment, a fitness center and a personal service salon," Heagney said in materials submitted to P&Z. "All three will be combined into the one space for the dialysis center." The existing Subway sandwich shop will remain.
There are 44 parking spaces associated with the property that would be available for patients and staff of the dialysis center.

The application is listed under "pending," and hasn't ben scheduled yet to go before the Greenwich Planning & Zoning Commission.
