GREENWICH, CT — Aquarion Water Company says it will be conducting water main cleaning in Old Greenwich on Thursday.
Work is taking place between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Shore Road. A number of surrounding streets are affected.
"You may experience temporary water discoloration while we are working. Therefore, you may want to store tap water in the refrigerator ahead of time for drinking and cooking," Aquarion says on their website. "And, if your water is discolored, delay washing clothes until it is clear. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we perform this important work."
