Beach Season Rapidly Approaching In Greenwich: Here's What To Know
The official beach season is on the horizon in Greenwich.

GREENWICH, CT — As temperatures begin to warm up, it's time to start thinking about beach season in Greenwich, which is rapidly approaching.
Starting May 1, residents will need to have a resident seasonal pass or a single-entry ticket to access Greenwich Point or Byram Park.
Residents must renew their proof of residency before a OnePass can be purchased. OnePass is the all-in-one seasonal pass for parks, golf, tennis and pickleball and marine facility privileges that is renewed by residents annually with the pass options they would like to purchase.

A park pass grants access to Byram Park, Byram Pool, Great Captain Island, Greenwich Point and Island Beach, and includes parking for Greenwich registered vehicles. The park pass option is active from May through October.
Senior proof of residency is needed every five years, and it expired in December 2024, according to First Selectman Fred Camillo in his most recent community newsletter.

All Greenwich seniors must renew their residency to be able to purchase or activate their passes. This can be done online here.
