GREENWICH, CT — A local resident is now $30,000 richer thanks to some luck and the Connecticut Lottery.
A resident from Norwalk recently won the grand prize of $30,000 after playing the "3X The Cash 7th Edition" scratch-off game. The ticket was purchased from the BP gas station at 1324 E. Putnam Ave.
