Blood Drives Upcoming In Greenwich
There are two blood drives scheduled in Greenwich in February.
GREENWICH, CT — The American Red Cross is in need of blood donations, and there are some upcoming opportunities for Greenwich residents to help out.
On Feb 3, a blood drive will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Greenwich Reform Synagogue, 92 Orchard St. Walk-in donors can be accommodated depending on space, but appointments are preferred.
Those who donate will receive a $15 e-gift card to use at the merchant of their choice, according to First Selectman Fred Camillo's recent newsletter to the community. Appointment can be made here. The drive is being organized by Greenwich resident Gary Silberberg, who will also lead a drive planned for April 7.

Another blood drive, organized by the American Red Cross, will take place on Feb. 14 at First Presbyterian Church from 11:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Appointments can be made here, and donors will receive a $15 e-gift card.
