Bridge Work to Close Portions of I-95 in Greenwich
The work is scheduled for Monday night and Tuesday morning.

If you’re planning to use I-95 in Greenwich Monday night or early Tuesday, plan on giving yourself some extra driving time.
Scheduled maintenance work on the James Street Bridge over I-95 in Byram will cause overnight lane closures on the interstate Monday night and Tuesday morning.
The project on the bridge will be over the northbound lanes, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation. This project is scheduled to occur from 8:30 p.m. Monday, March 23, to 6 a.m. Tuesday, March 24.

LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on I-95 Northbound between the New York State Line and Exit 2 Doran Avenue in Greenwich. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be assigned to the work area to guide motorists through the work zone, according to the DOT.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to the schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions, the DOT advised.
