Brunswick School Expansion Project Decision Reached By Greenwich P&Z

The school acquired 43 acres on King Street from hedge fund billionaire Paul Tudor Jones.

GREENWICH, CT — The expansion project that Brunswick School is planning to undertake on King Street - on property the school recently bought from hedge fund billionaire Paul Tudor Jones - received unanimous approval from the Greenwich Planning and Zoning Commission Tuesday night.

The Greenwich Free Press reports that school hopes to open the expanded campus, inside the former Tudor Investment Corp. which is across the street from the school, by September 2018.

In addition to the Tudor property, the private school also has plans to add faculty housing in Greenwich at a property on Patterson Avenue it also plans to acquire.
