Brunswick School Plans To Buy Land From Greenwich Billionaire: Report

The private school is eying 43 acres on King Street in Greenwich owned by a local hedge fund manager.

GREENWICH, CT — Brunswick School, located on King Street and Maher Avenue, is closing in on the purchase of 43 acres of land on King Street that it will acquire from Greenwich billionaire Paul Tudor Jones, reports the Greenwich Time.

The property, which is across the street from the King Street location, will be used for expansion and a reorganization of the campus. When the deal might officially close was not immediately available.

Officials have not announced the purchase price, but Headmaster Tom Philip recently emailed parents and staff of the pending acquisition.
