Greenwich Communities invites the public to attend a special “Welcome Home” Key Presentation ceremony celebrating families moving into newly modernized residences at Armstrong Court.
The ceremony will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 10 a.m. in the Winston A. Robinson Community Room at Armstrong Court, Building 1. The event will feature remarks from local and state leaders, including Fred Camillo, First Selectman of Greenwich, along with other town and state elected officials.
The milestone celebration marks the completion of extensive renovations at Armstrong Court, which now offers energy-efficient, modernized apartments designed to provide dignified, high-quality affordable housing for local residents.
“We are thrilled to have First Selectman Camillo and our state representatives join us for this special occasion,” said Anthony Johnson, CEO of Greenwich Communities. “Their support is a testament to the fact that when we provide quality housing, we are strengthening the entire town. It is a proud day for our residents and our leadership team.”
Board of Commissioners Chairman Sam Romeo added, “Handing over keys to a new home is a life-changing moment for our residents. Having our town’s leadership there to witness it shows these families that they are a valued and vital part of the fabric of Greenwich.”
A light breakfast and refreshments will be served. Community members are encouraged to attend, meet new neighbors and hear from local leaders about the future of housing in town.
