Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise that supports both physical and mental health—helping you feel stronger, more stable, and more grounded in your everyday life.
Designed for all ages and abilities, no prior experience is needed. Instructor Pat will guide you through each gentle, flowy movement, with modifications available to help you feel comfortable and supported.
