Parents across Fairfield County and throughout Connecticut are invited to join a live virtual community event, “Raising Resilient Kids: Practical Strategies for Supporting Your Child’s Mental Health and Well-Being,” on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 7:00 PM (Zoom).

Hosted by the Greenwich Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) in partnership with the Office of Special Education and Student Supports (SESS), this timely session features Jen Libby, MSW, LCSW, Founder & CEO of Promly.

As children and teens face increasing levels of anxiety, academic pressure, and social stress, this practical discussion will equip parents and caregivers with strategies they can use immediately to support their child’s emotional well-being. Attendees will learn how to recognize early signs of stress and anxiety, strengthen communication, and help children build resilience, confidence, and a sense of purpose.

This event is part of the Greenwich SEAC Community Education Series and is open to all families. Registration is required.
