Job searches today look very different than they did even a few years ago — AI is changing how employers screen candidates, what skills they prioritize, and the language they expect to hear. This session is designed for experienced professionals navigating that shift. Senior Human Resources Executive and Chief People Officer Michelle Bucaria will lead a practical, candid conversation on how to translate decades of experience into the language, framing, and value that resonates in the AI era. We’ll cover reframing accomplishments, signaling adaptability and AI fluency, and building a clear, compelling story — focused on every advantage that is within your control. Early-career job seekers are also welcome; the resume-framing and AI-fluency portions will be useful at any career stage.
About the Presenter:
Michelle Bucaria is a senior Human Resources executive who has served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief People Officer at companies including Jamf Software, PointClickCare, and Teladoc Health, following a long career at J.P. Morgan Chase leading firmwide campus recruiting and global HR. She is a member of the SCSC Steering Committee and brings a current perspective on how candidates at every stage can position their experience — and their AI fluency — for today’s market.
