Take a break with us at the YMCA of Greenwich! Join our monthly Memory Cafe lunch group for people experiencing memory loss, dementia, alzheimers, or other cognitive changes. Enjoy a yummy lunch, fun conversation, and make new friends in a circle of people who “get it.” Free and open to all, members and non-members alike. Caregivers and loved ones encouraged to attend!
