Our first Leaders Club meeting of the 2026-27 school year at the YMCA of Greenwich is scheduled for Friday, September 25, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Leaders Club is a nationwide Y-USA initiative that helps young people turn their free time into something meaningful through hands-on service projects that help strengthen the community.
Our leaders are divided into groups based on their academic year:
LEADERS | Grades 6-8
SR. LEADERS | Grades 9-12
Each group is student-led and advisor-supported, giving leaders opportunities to lead projects and mentor younger students throughout their time in the program.
Each month centers on a local cause, giving leaders the chance to learn about the issue, work together, and see the impact of their efforts.
MONTHLY PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
WEEK 1
▸ Learn about the cause and service project
WEEK 2
▸ Plan and begin the service project
WEEK 3
▸ Complete the service project
WEEK 4
▸ Connect with the community and see the impact
Registration for Leaders Club is open to YMCA of Greenwich members and nonmembers and remains open throughout the year. The program is free for all leaders.
