Adult Intermediate Group Swim Lessons at the YMCA of Greenwich

Our adult intermediate group swim lessons at the YMCA of Greenwich are designed for those who are already somewhat comfortable in the water. By the end of the session, swimmers will have refined their stroke technique, breathing, and endurance.

Held on Saturdays from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., adult intermediate group swim lessons for the winter 1 session begin on November 14, 2026, and continue through January 16, 2027. There will be no lessons on December 26, 2026, or January 2, 2027.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get settled before your lesson. For your convenience, multiple spacious, full-service locker rooms are available throughout the building.
