Calls Mount for Greenwich RTM Member to Resign
Christopher von Keyserling was accused of pinching a town employee's groin area.

GREENWICH, CT — A number of residents are calling for RTM member Christopher von Keyserling to resign following his sexual assault arrest.
First Selectman Peter Tesei said he was disturbed by what he saw in the complaint, according to the Greenwich Time. He didn't call on him to resign, but said that there should be a discussion with RTM leadership about mechanisms to remove RTM members if they are charged and/or convicted of a crime.
Von Keyserling was accused of pinching a female town employee's groin and saying that he no longer had to be politically correct in the new world, according to an arrest warrant. He was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, a misdemeanor.

Von Keyserling said he doesn't have a position on whether he will resign.
The issue of removing someone from the RTM recently came up in another case where member Christopher Sandys was charged with possession of child pornography. Sandys resigned days later.
