Christ Church Greenwich To Hold Special Event With Dr. Hollister

Dr. Dickerman Hollister, who grew up in town, will speak to men on March 5 about all aspects of aging.

GREENWICH, CT — On March 5, Dr. Dickerman Hollister will speak to men during a breakfast event at Christ Church Greenwich on all things aging.

Hollister, who recently retired after 40 years of care, will talk about aging physically, emotionally and spiritually. The event will run from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Christ Church Parish Hall.

Hollister has served as Greenwich Hospital’s chief of staff, chairman of oncology and medical director of the hospital’s Hospice Program. Hollister, who is now in seminary, was instrumental in developing the oncology program at Greenwich Hospital.

He has served on the board of the American Red Cross, the Leukemia Society, Breast Cancer Alliance, the Greenwich Health Association and was past president of the Connecticut State Medical Society and Fairfield County Medical Association.
