Community Cleanup Event Scheduled At Binney Park
Greenwich High School student Thomas McKinney has organized several community cleanup events over the years.

GREENWICH, CT — A community cleanup event has been scheduled at Binney Park in Old Greenwich on Sept. 14 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The event is being organized by Greenwich High School student Thomas McKinney.

"Thomas has been doing this for years and it is community efforts like these that help keep our parks as beautiful as they are," First Selectman Fred Camillo said in his weekly community newsletter.
Volunteers should meet at the gazebo near the pond at Binney Park, and bring gloves and long pants. Community service hours will be offered.
