In an effort to help seniors and their families become more proactive in planning for the challenges of aging, The Caregiver Resource Center has launched a Community Outreach Program in Fairfield County CT only.

All too often we receive a call from a family in crisis.
We learn that a senior had been struggling in silence, because they didn’t know what questions to ask, where to turn for help, or what resources are available.
