Connecticut's Best Burger Places For 2017
The writers at Connecticut Magazine feasted on hamburgers from around the state and came up with a list of which spots served the best.

If you love burgers, Connecticut serves up some excellent ones. So many, in fact, that it can be difficult to choose which one to eat.
Well, that's where Connecticut Magazine comes in. Authors Erik Ofgang, Michael Lee-Murphy, Albert Yuravich and Mike Wollschlager sampled a whole bunch and came up with a list of The 20 Best Burger Places in Connecticut for 2017.
"Clearly, the venerable burger holds a special place in May," writes Connecticut Magazine, in part because May marks National Hamburger Month, and today, May 28, is National Hamburger Day. "It also holds a special place in the history of Connecticut, the Library of Congress-recognized birthplace of the burger. We decided to get in on the action and craft a list of the best burger places in our state, including casual spots, burger bars and locations serving the regional delicacy known as steamed cheeseburgers. And for the non-meat eaters, many of the places on our list offer a variety of burger options that might suit your palate."
