Court Encounter Reported Between Von Keyserling And Town Employee

State prosecutors are investigating.

GREENWICH, CT — Something may have happened Tuesday in a court hallway between Greenwich RTM member Christopher von Keyserling and the town employee accusing him of sexual assault, and state prosecutors are investigating, reports the Greenwich Time.

The two allegedly had some sort of encounter in the hallway, though there is a protective order in place, according to State’s Attorney Susan Campbell.

A legal representative for von Keyserling told a judge Tuesday that her client "vehemently denies any wrongdoing" in relation to the alleged hallway encounter.

Von Keyserling is alleged to have pinched the town employ in the groin area during an argument at the Nathaniel Witherell nursing home earlier this year, and he was subsequently arrested and charged with fourth-degree sexual assault.
