Cups N' Cones Of Old Greenwich To Celebrate 1-Year Anniversary

GREENWICH, CT — Cups N' Cones of Old Greenwich will be celebrating its one-year anniversary with a special event for all ages.

The community is invited to the storefront, located at 235 Sound Beach Ave., on Sunday, March 26 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. There will be live music, balloons, prizes, giveaways and a 15 percent discount all day long.

Formerly known as Rosie's Frozen Yogurt, Old Greenwich resident Anna Buzik renovated the space and reopened the new-look ice cream and dessert shop in March 2022.

Buzik said the past year was "very exciting."

"We've had lots of events and birthday parties, but also lots of laughs and smiles, which is what this place is all about," Buzik said. "We love to see families and kids, couples on dates, and it's just a happy place for the community that's been established throughout this year."

Cups N' Cones offers a variety of delicious hand-scooped and soft-serve ice cream, and frozen yogurt flavors, to go along with milkshakes, assorted beverages and ice cream cakes and saucers.

Mint chocolate chip and cotton candy scooped ice cream have quickly become fan favorites, and so has frozen yogurt, Buzik said.

The menu was expanded in the offseason to include items like Brazilian cheese rolls and Belgian waffles, which have also garnered fanfare from customers.

"We could not be happier," Buzik added. "There's been overwhelming response from the community and we can't wait to continue servicing our customers."
